My name is Jeanette and I USED to be an agent. My husband and I ran our own HUD repo office in Riverside County back in the glory days. The highlight was New Year's Day when we got 12 bids in one day. We closed three and moved to Florida for a slower-paced life to raise our children.

Back in California, we buy and sell houses. I also teach interior design and real estate investing at our local college and in national teleseminars.

I'd love to interview agents around the country for real estate articles and MP3 recordings. Besides expert status in your area, you get links from many websites that syndicate my articles.
