Broker in Phoenix sent this to me. I hope they get their pants sued off of them. Scum!! Left clients holding two mortgages... they should now forgo their commission and give it to the poor people struggling to make their TWO PAYMENTS!!!

Forget the commission, they should buy the house like they promised.

They need to kick back the commission they received from KB which I'm not sure how much it is down there but some of the home builders here in California are giving 6%. Also they need to follow through with buying the home. If you can't live with the guarantee than you shouldn't even think about offering it.

As an agent that has a guaranteed home sale program this really bothers me. It is dishonest agents like this that make any marketing campaign harder as the public doesn't trust agents.
