|
|
I am looking for some help and guidance to learn about Real Estate Investing. I need something that will walk me step by step through investing in Real Estate. I have read a few books and attended a few seminars on the matter but they are not what I am looking for. I am specifically looking for a product or a trainer that will tell me my options on obtaining the money to do deals or even if have to put money down at all, etc.
Thanks |

I think you should also be familiar with timing the real state market. You know, when it comes to things like timing the real estate market and when is the best time to invest, everyone has an opinion about real estate investing . The problem is, is just someones 2 cents based on who knows what. The key to not getting creamed when you venture into a real estate investment is to have good information that is based on facts ... that is, analysis coming from hard data.

| Before investing you should understand that it is going to be a risk that you are taking. Once you have a grip on reality then you can check out for various investment options that are available. Like anything in life, even while investing what you need is confidence. With confidence you can think clearly and plan the best moves. Cheers!! Never be afraid to loose. |

The problem with books and trainers is that if they are successful at investing then why would they bother writing or teaching it? _________________ Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs. Visit Outer Banks Communtiy Forum for all the latest OBX events. |

I think the key to investing is to remember that what works for one person may not work for another. Also what works in one local market may not work in another.
Try and network with other investors and learn from their experience. There are plenty of networking groups/investor groups out there. _________________ Real Estate Agents visit our blog to for information about how to grow your business.
