Hello

We just got our new site through real-estate-designers.com and now we are struggling with which way to market the site.

Which way have you guys seen better ROI, internet or newspaper?

Thank you

i would go with the internet, but it depends on it, how big the company is, how big/where is the area you're functioning, etc...
are you selling only specific houses/estate or everything?

If you are selling homes, I would go with the internet if you have to choose one. Most people start their search for a new home on the internet, so if you get your listings out there on your own site and other sites the chances of people finding you is good.

I would think that it would all depend on your target market. In Orlando I do a lot of International Investments so print media does not work all that great and is very expensive. However we have a few small communities that we target and they have local newspapers that are fairly inexpensive to advertise in.

I think it all depends on your target and your objective. Is your site being used as strictly a listings portal, or a farming tool (neighborhood information, local information, national information, etc), and what is your target market?

If you’re attempting to brand your website to get buyers and sellers to recognize you than you need to think about using both print and internet advertising. Make your website a part of all your marketing.

By the way, what is your website address?
