Hello everyone. I am a REALTOR, e-PRO, Technology Director for my Real Estate office and a Certified Top Producer 7i Instructor. I am the webmaster (although I don't consider myself to be in the league of a true webmaster) for the web site www.PalmsPremierProperties.com and www.Celebrity-Realtors.com (my NY office). I run a team of REALTORS on the west coast of Florida in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
I also feel that the big "Lead Providers" are sucking our industry dry of dollars that we should be able to collect ourselves. I hope that this forum will be a place where we can all share our ideas and experiences in order to improve our ability to generate leads through our own means.
I look forward to participating in the forum.
