Thanks for joining and helping make this a great forum. I'm hoping to make this a great place for all to share their knowledge about the web and how important it is to have a great presence on the net. Please feel free to post where ever and start new topics.

I'm hoping that the people that are very disatisfied with some of the other forums will find this one and we can turn this one into a great forum that people talk about.

Welcome and I agree that there are always a few that are unhappy at other forums. There is room for at least one or two more good real estate forums. Hoping this will become one of them. If you know anyone that isn't happy send them over so we can help get this one growing.
