| EVEN if there is a mortgage crisis and a housing crunch in the United States, that the problem will never cross the Atlantic into Spain because the country has experienced a very blooming real estate sector in 2007. This early, industry analysts are already predicting a very bullish market in 2008 as far as the housing industry is concerned. So anywhere you go there is always costa del sol property for sale. But before deciding on which property to buy, better consult your family, friends and your lawyer so you can enjoy your status here as an expatriate. |

| It has also been reported that the home prices in the Spanish coastal areas have declined and the cost of residential homes have fallen by 4.7%. It is also predicted that the prices for second homes would fall by 10%. Besides, further Deutsche Bank has predicted a drop in prices by 2.0 to 8.0 per cent in home prices. These falling home prices can affect the country as real estate is one of the major revenue sources. |

Most in the same situation are renting until they build their credit back up and get past the situation, on a foreclosure you need to be at least 3 years past it with payments made to all tradelines of credit on time during those 3 yrs............it is obtaining a new " mortgage loan" that would be considered fraudulent.
You can hire an attorney...National Association of Consumer Advocates – Consumer Protection Advocates and Attorneys or try a non profit to help with the modification like HOPE at 1-888-995-HOPE.
If you are going through the modification process with Chase, they are modifying most of their loans as long as you can show that you can afford the modification going forward........ _________________ Foreclosure Solutions |

i agree with u that he need to be at least 3 years past it with payments made to all tradelines of credit on time during those 3 yrs. and plz reffer this .............. if u need any kind of personal loan. |
