Hello...

My wife is considering a lead generation service and I wanted to know general thoughts on it. What experiences good or bad have you had?

Has anyone heard of or even better used the company leadtorealty.com?

I was on their website recently, and it seems decent I suppose.
Anyway, does anyone have any advice?

i came accross this post on complaints board about leadtorealty.com.. they say they stole their money. you can read for yourself at http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/wwwleadtorealtycom-c11698.html

I have found that lead generation companies are a total waste of time and money. Having been a part of a couple of sites (which will remain nameless) I received a lot of junk leads, wasted my money on the leads, and can not every get the time back that I used to contact DEAD LEADS.

I have found that good old fashion Open House, Farming, and Direct Mail is the only way to generate truly qualified leads.

If you want internet leads, build a quality site , with great unique content, do some ppc and I think you will be much better off in the long run.
