I thought it would be interesting to get some good & horror stories on dealings with real estate agents for first time. What was your first experience like dealing with agents ?

I can't give you any horror stories because I've purchased two homes now and each time I use a really good friend of mine. No horror stories there just a good experience.

That's awesome that you didn't have any horror stories...usually people have a TON of them when it comes to dealing with what I like to call "real-a-snake agents".

I work with HGTV and we are doing this show now called Bought & Sold, about real estate agents trying to sell houses in Northern New Jersey and its funny what some of these people will go through to get that "SOLD" sign up outside the house. Have you heard of it or seen it before?

dealing with agents is okay! there's no big problems being encountered yet!
