I thought I'd give away some free Featured Links, to those of you that help the forums grow, All you need to do is post 15 post, no "me too posts", must be real post and then to keep your link free post 5 a month.
PM me if you hit that mark and I don't catch it right away or respond to the thread.

Will "special offer" automatically be entered into the subject line if i don't insert anything myself?

So I wan't aware that I'll need to add 5 posts a month to comply wit hte special offer. I rarely go onto forums unless I'm looking for specific information, so I don't think I'll keep my free link. I'm willing to pay for the link, price is right, but I'll probably want to see if I get hits from your site to mine first. I'll also be interested in seeing how quickly this site gets a 5 page rank. My site has been at three for a while now and its beginning to bug me that I can't get it higher.

My first directory US Real Estate Directory that these forums are associated with is already a PR5. All State pages are a PR4 at this time. This directory is only 4 months old and my 2nd directory USREA is 2 months old and is growing just as my first directory has.

This special offer is for those who like to go to the forums and add some of there great knowledge that they have found in there years of being a Real Estate Agent and working with the internet.

Seems that this wasn't enought ot get people to stick around. Might be a good idea to have a topic of the day (or week) that we could debate.
