Why is it so easy to place on Yahoo and MSN and so difficult on Google?

I can hit top 10 on msn and yahoo in under a week but google takes months.

Google has more advanced filters. It takes time to build trust with Google, while Yahoo and MSN are just very easy to manipulate.

The ranking of my recently launched site is weird. It ranks number 5 on Google, number 8 on MSN, but it ranks 50+ on Yahoo for a certain keyword.

Any thoughts on this?

It's weird, This site ranks on page 1 of Google for real estate agents and I can't find it at all on MSN or Yahoo. Guess I shouldn't complain I would much rather rank with Google than the other two.

Then on the other hand I have a brand new directory that doesn't rank anywhere, but ranks #1 on MSN for Affordable Real Estate

I have had similar results with ranking well in Google and I am nowhere to be found on MSN or Yahoo.
