Hello everyone! My name is Jennifer and I own & operate a small real estate settlement & title insurance agency in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

My goal when opening Dolphin Title, was to create a better closing experience. We have all heard the many horror stories of closings. Somethings are out of everyone's control, but more often then not many problems could have been avoided if the lines of communication were more open between all parties involved. I love to get feedback from realtors and mortgage professionals about their closing experiences, not only with my company, but others as well. I believe that we are all on the same team.

It is amazing some of the stories I can tell you about bad closings...sad thing is most of them point to the same title company.
