I just blogged about the new Zillow free listing service. Do you think this is a good service? I have mixed feelings about it as of right now. Zillow does receive some good traffic and if you can put your listings on there for free, why not. The down side of this would be if Zillow wants to start charging for this.

What are your feeling on this?
