Our website is our #1 buyer lead source with over 200 leads per month. That number excludes all of the bogus leads.

Other than that marketing to past customers, open houses, and other normal things that everyone does.

Ok, believe it or not my number 1 source for leads is still Open House, with farming running a close second.

I tend to generate clients out of roughly 60% of my open house attendees, and 10% of my farm has become either a buyer or a seller this year.

Though my career stated in the suburbs of Detroit in 1990, I have only been selling real estate in the Temecula area since August of 2005, and came here knowing only my wife and her family. I haven’t done anything special or have any secretes; I’m simply doing the basics. The number one thing is being consistent.

I'm glad to see that things are working for you Troy. I know Ken's website above ranks really well in the search engines and I know he gets a lot of leads from that. I'm not sure how many though.

My website is my bread, butter and steak dinner. So I work on it constantly. Today I made changes to over 100 pages.

I used SEO and SEM to generate more leads.I found this effective than other black hat technique.I collect leads using social sites,I make friends to the targeted people and then after make a short introduction about my business.

We market first time homebuyers via print ads, and flyers placed strategiaclly in racks at various supermakets.

One's marketing to generate buyers varies depending on their target market.
It's good to advertise it on TV, internet, leaflets, etc. to caught people's awareness of it. Referrals from other people that have been your customer would be very helpful too.
