Here is the topic of the week. How to market a home in a slowing market. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to do so. I know here in California the market has definitely slowed down. There are a handful of things I am doing different in today's market. I think maybe we should also ask, What are you doing that is not working? I can tell you that as of lately the newspaper and magazine marketing is not working. My direct mail program is hanging in there, but not producing the results it use to. Open houses are my number one way of marketing that's working. I sell 60% of the homes I hold open at open house. The key is knowing your inventory, and giving the buyer the information they are looking for.
Anyone have any marketing that's either working well or not working at all? _________________ Troy Sage - Realtor - e-PRO

I think staging your home can make a difference. The market is kinda low but staging your home will make you profit well and fast. _________________ Miami Real Estate |
