| another useful topic would be creating/writing catchy public remarks for mls listings. I'm running out of useful adjectives for my descriptions and any suggestions would be helpful. |

Most of my remarks end up sounding the same also. There are only so many words to describe a home. _________________ Real Estate Agents visit our blog to for information about how to grow your business.

The Realtor's job is to convince people to come and look at your house. Are people coming to look at your house?
The comments will not get your house sold. They will either get people to come over or get them to decide not to come over.
The condition, location and price of your home compared to others on the market is what will make it sell or not sell - but the only people who will be making this "Do I buy this house or not?" decision are the people who came over to look at it. |

Realtors conduct their business and activities in accordance with a strict Code of Ethics. For example, as agents in a real estate transaction, licensed brokers and salespersons are prohibited by law from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. A request from the home seller or landlord to act in a discriminatory manner in the sale, lease or rental cannot legally be fulfilled by the real estate professional. _________________ FREE Video reveals an Automated Social Marketing WITHOUT Spending More than 5 Minutes Per Month at your Computer |
