Florida housing prices would like to forget the previous year the global economic recession was particularly disruptive for the real estate market in Florida Bad for Sellers , Great for buyers particularly among Florida .
Prices for houses, apartments & condominiums in Florida have never been more affordable.
Moreover they are not cheap homes in undesirable locations, but beautiful properties in all the vacation hotspots, including Orlando, Miami Beach, Palm Beach, the Florida Keys, and more. Take one look at what Florida has to offer, and it is easy to see why so many real estate experts are confident that Florida housing prices are expected to rise sharply. _________________ Cheap Florida Homes

While I agree with you that there are many bargains to be found among Florida real estate at the moment, I disagree with your assessment that Florida property values are going to improve any time soon.
I've actually considered buying a little beach-side condo in Florida myself (it doesn't hurt that Florida doesn't have any income tax), but if you're considering buying property in Florida, do it because you want to use the property yourself, not because you think it's going to shoot up in value any time soon.
Florida condos were way overdeveloped, and it will take years to sell off the inventory that was built over the last 10 years.
Happy real estate investing,
