Hi Guys,

As title says, Do we really need to spend money to have a home inspection?

Well, as per my point of view its worth to spend money to have home inspection. It’s not only the home inspection seeks out any defects, the home inspector will often give you tips on maintaining and renovating your house. A good home inspector will probably find out some things you need to know about before you buy the property.

Well what do you think about home inspection? I will look forward for your opinions.

I think an inspection is so important that I have several articels on my website about inspections and I also discuss them during listing presentations.

Most definitely you should have a home inspection. I believe it is already required before being able to sell your property. At the same time, if you are interested in buying a property, ask for an inspection report so you know if there are hidden things that might be a source of danger to you and your family.
