Hello fellow Realtors and webmasters. My name is Cecilia Sherrard. I'm a Realtor in Cleveland Ohio. I'm also the webmaster for http://www.youshouldown.com Real estate is a full time job and so is being your own designer and SEO. I love both jobs equally. For years I've watched the big guys, Homegain, realtor.com, etc., dominate our industry online. I've also heard Buyers and Sellers opinions about these sites. It's time we take back our profession. I'm happy to be above all the big players in the search engines for my area. My visitors appreciate the time I put into my sites and the information I offer. I love seeing other Agents getting on board. I'll be watching the forum and I hope to share ideas and technology as it comes our way. Let's take back our profession with high tech professionalism!

I agree with you, I don't think you should offer the complete MLS for free. It is nice to have a registration page or something like that, where you can get there contact info and try to turn it into a lead.
