Anyone use Zillow.com at all. Just thought I'd try and get some feedback about it. It use to be pretty accurate everytime I checked but recently I looked up my own house and it was priced $100,000 over.

It is normally off by at least 5% and many times 10-15% in my area. It has no value and is just an overhyped "tool".

I think it is fun to use, but over hyped.
