Hi Gary,

Thanks for the reply. Delaware is great for people on fixed income. When I said low real estate taxes. A half a million dollar home would be about $1,000. a year. That includes school, county, library and the rest. Hope to be working with you. We are always happy to pay a referral.

Wow that is low taxes. Wish we had that, but what is your income tax rate? Guessing that is really high as the money has to come from somewhere.
