this is my 16the posting! it'd probably have been easier simple to create a basic 2 way link, but i figured I'd give it a try. I doubt I'll keep up with 5 psots a month ,but we'll see.

I have seen these types of forums before, but I have never joined one. I think the 5 featured links caught my attention. What exactly are they? Featured links on/of what?

The feature link is on the Real Estate Directory at www.us-realestatedirectory.com. It gives you a Featured link on your state's page. Featured links are above all other links and is a one way link to your site, which helps you out with search engine rankings.

Wouldn't it just figure that Top Producer is doing something the day I ask for a link.

Yea, I've been working my fingers off. Having a great year and continuing education. Just finished with NAR e-PRO certification and now working on my Brokers license.

I have missed hanging out on the site and looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.
