Just wondering if anyone is generating leads with newspaper ads? And if so, would you be willing to share what's working for you? _________________ Troy Sage - Realtor - e-PRO

Used to have great results and could do a deal for every $350 spent, now the ads are worthless. The last $600 I spent didn't even bring in a call...not doing anymore. IMO you are much better off investing in online advertising, and increasing the advertising to your SOI. _________________ Real Estate Agents visit our blog to for information about how to grow your business.

Ken,
Thanks for the info. Just wondering, do you use a call caputre system like an 800#? |

The paper ads are oversaturated!!!!
People don't look at them because there are just to many! But there is a way to make people look at them: you need a creative design.
No, really!. Basicaly, people will stop and stare an ad that calls her attention, you just need to stablish wich target do you want to get and then work on them, do research and come up with a good design that could reach that target.
The best luck! _________________ Rachel S.s.S.! |
