I believe that Real Estate is one of the best investment because you can leverage your investment. You can leverage your time too because even if you are not working, you still earn money through rentals and the value of the property is going up. I never seen any real estate property that its value is going down, maybe it would stop or slow in increasing its value but not depreciating. Do you agree?

For legality be careful because there are lots of scams nowadays. Smile

I agree with where the prices are at now a days that investing is a good idea. There some good deal where I am at in California and now could be the time to make a move.
