I have a builder who is desperate to sell his properties, and so he is offering a big commission to realtors.
But my concern is, would it be a problem on lender's side if real estate agents are getting more than the normal commission of 6 -8 % ?
Do they care at all ? |

The builders arpund my area are offering the same thing. It's 6% around here and no the lenders don't care. The lenders are just being a little more strick around here because of all the foreclosures that are going on. _________________ Thanks for joining US Real Estate Directory !!! I agree, lenders don't care at all. As long as the home comes in at a certain value from one of their approved appraisers, that is all they care about. Also, the more money the borrower comes in with, the easier the financing process will go for your client.
Best of luck. _________________ Scottsdale Homes | Scottsdale real estate | Grayhawk Real Estate | Troon North Real Estate |
