Hi from Florida...I sure hope you are ok, with all those tornados yesterday. It has been big news, even to use down in Venice FL. By the way, once you get back together, expect to be very busy, as hurricane issues increase my business each time afterward. Yes, for the next year or two, there will be a ton of transactions as people leave the area, and new construction workers move into the region.

Down in Venice, we had Charley, which made a mess, but was good for business.

Hope it all works out.
