Chat 247 services offers live operators to answer chats that we receive directly from your website during the hours you determine, or you can completely outsource it to us and we handle everything, using tailored scripts and our FAQ's database (or yours) to provide the highest level of service possible. We offer pre-sales (lead capture), customer service and technical support plans.

How does the service work ?

We offer 24/7 Chat support in English and/or Spanish. Your chats, from your website are forwarded to our agents who assist your customers. Our live operators answer the chats using a custom window with your logo and/or company name and a custom script and FAQ database tailored to your company's services. Once a chat is completed you instantly receive a transcript of the chat, enabling you to control the quality of the service and contact the potential or existing client if necessary. We offer pre-sales (lead capture), customer service, and technical support plans.

We have two account types

Extended Hours Live Chat Service

Promotional Price US$99.99/month. Up to 125 hours a week and up to 15 Holidays a year of custom live chat coverage.

24 Hour Live Chat Service:

Promotional Price US$149.99/month 24 hours of custom live chat coverage 365 days a year.

We charge a small fee for additional domains for chats in other languages or under different brands.

Additional Domains – US$25.00/month.

The service plans for your account can include:

-Pre-sales (lead capture)

-Customer service

-Technical support

The promotional price is for a limited time, but the exact time has not been announced.
