Hi All,

I'm a newbie to the world of investing in real estate. My wife and I just purchased our first condo 6 months ago. Love owning. My plan is to rent it out in 4 or 5 years when we get ready to move.

What got you started investing in Real Estate? Any tips for a youngin?
