Google & Yahoo have come together. What?...Yes you heard me correctly the two giant Search engines have joined together and launched a site called SiteMaps.org.
Those who don't know, sitemaps are a way for webmasters to let the search engines know what pages they have in their site and which ones to index. The search engines have come together so there is one standard so webmasters just have to make one sitemap instead of multiple sitemaps for different search engines.

Google and Yahoo have issued an open invitation for other search engines to join and MSN has accepted their invitation.
